Promotions are used to increase the cap of how much credits you can spend in one discord server.

What are filters?
Filters are used to filter out which content you want from feeds. Everything you can do with filters

What is Up to 3 Messages Per Update
When sending content to discord, Mirror.bot will send up to 3 messages per update. This means that
if a feed has 10 new items, Mirror.bot will send the 3 most recent while the rest will be ignored.
