1.1 License: Subject to these Terms, Mirror.bot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bot.
1.2 Compliance: You agree to use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the Bot for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
2.1 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content, messages, or interactions initiated by you through the Bot. You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit.
2.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable either trough the use of Mirror.bot or connected services.
3.1 Disclaimer: The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mirror.bot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Bot's reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
3.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Mirror.bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.
4.1 Changes: Mirror.bot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Bot following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
5.1 Termination: Mirror.bot may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or misuse of the Bot.
6.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic Of Serbia (RS), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mirror.bot concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
7.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
